WELFARE

Our aim at Europa Centre is to provide all children with a positive, happy and safe environment. Therefore, we acknowledge our duty to promote the safety and welfare of all children.

We have a team of trained welfare staff who support me and ensure that the interests and welfare of the children is paramount in all circumstances. If you have a concern, speak to one of the welfare team who will pass on your concerns. Safeguarding policies and procedures for parents/carers, with additional support and information, is kept in the reception area as you enter the Europa Centre. Our notice board with useful information and contact details is situated on the 2nd floor opposite Vimy’s Coffee Shop.
